Products sold by UrbanKarigari to Buyer are hand crafted products using natural inputs and are susceptible to weather conditions if proper care is not taken.
UrbanKarigari will not be responsible for any harm arising out of Buyer’s purchase, possession or use of any products supplied by seller or by any fault of courier. Seller will not be liable for consequential, special, incidental or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, cost of any substitutes the Buyer bought, claims of third parties or injury to person or property and Buyer will indemnify seller in respect of any such claims whatsoever.
Under no circumstances shall the seller’s liability with regard to the sale or use of the products exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer for the products.
That goods handcrafted by the seller shall conform with the seller’s specifications therefore and be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Seller will make good by the supply of a replacement, any defects which, under proper use, care and maintenance, appear in Goods of Seller’s handcrafted and which are reported to seller within 24 hours after their delivery (the “Warranty Period”) and which arises solely from faulty materials workmanship.
This limited warranty is given only to Buyer and does not extend to any subsequent purchase or transferee of Seller’s products.
Buyer is not entitled to extend or transfer this warranty to any other party. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, statutory, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless a specific performance warranty may have been issued in writing by Seller to Buyer.
